Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification including:

• Your name, address, and telephone number

• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your country or operating region

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Elite Tv may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

Repeat Infringers

Elite Tv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
